rmta riding locations
Club events take place on both public and private lands.
Please read the information below carefully related to land usage.

Private Locations

Stock Ranch (Map) is private land near Canon City - open to RMTA members only for practice Sunday - Friday. Open to all on event days.
No riding on Saturdays. No Camping. No Alcohol.

Tucker Ranch (Map) is private land near Cotopaxi - open to RMTA members only for practice. Open to all on event days.

Nonami Ranch (Map) is private land near LaPorte/Fort Collins.
Please respect all rules as specified by the trials master. No unauthorized practice permitted outside of event days. Clean up your trash and close the gate!


Public Locations with Designated Practice Areas

You must follow all National Forest Service/BLM regulations pertaining to OHV use and camping when in these areas. Spark arrestors ALWAYS required.

Turkey Rock (Map) - Howard, CO. Practice allowed with competition trials tires ONLY. Strictly adhere to "Non-Motorized" signage.

Hartman Rocks (Map) - Gunnison, CO. See page 2 of the map for designated trials/rock-hopping area.

Follow all OHV rules in these areas outside of permitted events.

Booger Red (Map) - near Cripple Creek, CO.

Pilot Peak (Map) - near Lake George, CO

Thorpe Gulch (Map) - near Lake George, CO

Sledgehammer Gulch (Map) - near Lake George, CO

Texas Creek (Map) - Texas Creek, CO

Volcano Gulch (Map) - near Canon City, CO
